Tag your digital documents now!

You have digitalized your office, got rid of paper folders, dumped everything onto a hard drive or server. Good! But how do you organize thousands of digital documents? That is where WibTag comes in. A simple, fast and very light-weight solution to categorize visually and find the right document within miliseconds.

No need to re-invent the wheel. Just keep your preferred structure for folders and documents. WibTag will let you choose your root folder and offer you the familiar windows file explorer style of viewing files.

Create your personal pool of most frequently used tags and drag & drop tags. Selected files will automatically be tagged. You can also drag & drop existing tags back into your pool of tags. Alternatively, you can use the right-click menu to add or delete tags.

This function is much faster and more convenient than ordinary file search. You can also use the categories of the pool of tags to group files.
Click on "Unlock Find Tab" and follow the instructions.

Organize your files

Choose a root folder in which you store all the digital files you want to organize with WibTag.

Below, you find a panel with subdirectories through which you can browse. On the right, you see the contained files. Selecting files will display the tags that are already contained.

In the right lower corner is your pool of tags which you can customize according to your needs. Tags are organized in categories.

You can drag & drop the tags onto the files and vice versa. You can also enter one or several tags at a time for one or several files. Right clicks will give you all the options.
